I am a Realtor and needed seller documents signed and my client was in a nursing home. Stella met me there and notarized all my docs. I have to first say until I found notary pronto and the beginning of the process of what I needed I personally felt very overwhelmed. The more I talked with Stella to help me resolve what I needed it went away. Stella was able to help me get a title notarized legally to sell to a buyer out of state. We had an afternoon of back and forth phone calls, and she squeezed me into her schedule the next morning before I needed to get to work.
