Walked in hoping to find a limit switch for my furnace what I found was absolutely no assistance the guy behind the counter saw what was in my hand and immediately said I don't have that and I can't help you get it you have to call a professional or the manufacturer to get the correct part offered no assistance rather than that

I needed parts and advice about my "no freeze" faucets. I went to Northeastern and spoke with Les. He knew exactly what I needed and part was in stock. He also let me know what to do next if I had diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Great service and parts!
