Josh came out same day to take a look at why our unit was freezing up. He explained to me what was going on , showed me the issue in the unit and worked on a plan to fix it. I appreciate not trying to sell me on all the unnecessary bells and whistles while being honest about the cost and what's actually needed. He performed some maintenance on the spot to help hold us over for a full service cleaning. Super friendly and I'm SO glad I called them. I look forward to giving them our business for the foreseeable future!
