Online check in process was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I am a returning customer so they had all of the notes for how I like to get my haircut ready to go always feel good after getting a haircut Steph for attentive and she did an amazing job.

Stylist: Kayla would ask questions periodically as she was cutting my hair to make sure I was satisfied with the style. She was friendly and a great conversationalist.

Jordan was my stylist. Extremely fast, precise, and didn't talk my ear off. She was very honest with all of the questions that I asked about clipper size and if my hair was thick enough to pull off the cut I was looking for. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

The stylist understands that I get a number #2 cut but her cut nearly shaves me every time. I am nearly bald when I leave. I deal with it, although I shouldn't have to. She also leaves marks of errant cutting at various places. No other stylists do this.
