Very nice Staff. Very helpful ..Kaylee went out of her way to help a friend of my (that was with me for my appointment) with things she needed to know preparing herself for death of a love one.
I was very pleased with the help I received from Heather Shillinburg, after a very bad experience I had with another Company about a Family Memorial Plaque for my Family. She was very kind and helpful and patient,when I was so lost on what to do! Heather went through a list of options, pricing and pictures and suggestions that I didn't get elsewhere. With Heather's patience and kindness and also Knowledge, I finally had peace of mind with my Family Planning decisions . Heather went above and beyond, to help me also with other planning decisions I needed help with that I didn't understand!Mona S
My husband passed away on Dec., 7th and was laid to rest on Dec. 13th. Everything went very smoothly and his foot marker has been put in and is very elegant. I called Gary, the bereavement counselor and expressed my sincere appreciation for a job well done. They placed the flowers, flag and solar light in the right position and cannot be more pleased. I will always be checking the condition of the premises because our deceased love ones deserve the best and I’m very confident that we will have this in Gary!❤️???
