We waited for years to do a complete gut job on our primary suite bathroom, and wanted to remodel it when we could afford to do it right — with custom tile and every detail we wanted. When the time came, we brought in several local places to do estimates. The thing is, you can tell a lot about how a company does business by their estimating process. Justin was the most personable, dependable, and honest person we worked with. It got to a point where we didn’t want to entrust our remodel to a “lowest bidder” business who couldn’t even bother to get back to us when they said they would, or who ghosted us on appointments, etc. Sure enough, when we accepted the project estimate and Justin’s team took over, they were every bit as personable, dependable and honest as Justin himself. Every decision (and every unexpected hiccup) was dealt with in a loving and patient manner. Various team members were in our home daily across the span of 2-3 weeks. Every person on the team treated our home (and our kids and dogs) with as much care as possible. Anything we pointed out that wasn’t quite to our expectations or satisfaction was swiftly remedied / redone without complaint. Justin remained highly communicative throughout the process and would often reply to emails within just a few minutes. We’re proud to support a small, local business and we would not hesitate to work Carlisle Kitchen and Bath again on our next project.
Our house was built in 1974. We decided to update our 2.5 bathrooms and add some safety features. Justin and Kara were wonderful in guiding us through all the options available during the design process to get our desired results at a reasonable price. When construction began, Ed and Caleb were here on time every day with Jason and Justin stopping by as needed and check on progress. Ed and Caleb were very conscientious, diligent, and meticulous in their work. Any problems discovered were quickly resolved. Their sub-contractors were just as thorough as the Carlisle Kitchen and Bath workers. They cleaned up after themselves every day and never left us without at least one functioning bathroom at all times. These are not the “bathroom-in-a-day” people. They took the time to do the job right. They kept to their promised schedule right down to the day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
