Cardin & Miller Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic that takes a personalized approach to evaluating and treating each client. The clinic is staffed by clinicians with a range of credentials, including Certified Pedorthists (foot & orthotic experts), McKenzie spinal care specialists, Fellowship trained orthopedic specialists, and orthopedic certified specialists. The clinic's affiliation with Appalachian Running Company, Shoe Fly Shoes, and the Carlisle UMedGym allows them to address clients' needs "head to toe" and beyond their short-term physical therapy needs. Clients have praised the welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, as well as the therapists' ability to listen to their concerns and develop customized treatment plans. One client, who was experiencing severe foot pain, was impressed by the therapist's (Miranda) ability to manipulate the muscles and truly care about their progress. They noted that the therapist's plan, which included exercises the client could do at home, helped them recover and gain a better understanding of how to care for their feet. Another client, whose 12-year-old son had very flat feet and was experiencing significant ankle, foot, and knee pain, was pleased that the therapist treated him like a "real" patient and recommended a custom insert for his shoes and exercises to prepare his foot to use the insert. While the insert was expensive, it has allowed the son to play sports with almost no pain, which the client considers a "huge win." Overall, Cardin & Miller Physical Therapy is praised for its personalized approach, knowledgeable clinicians, and ability to address clients' needs holistically. Clients have expressed their satisfaction with the quality of care and the positive impact it has had on their physical well-being.
