they installed a new heat pump and have been out 4 times to correct mistakes. 1. forgot to install housing for a filter.2. wired heat pump incorrectly.... didn't run coms to thermostat causing unit to short cycle. 3. they wired the the 115 volt condensate pump to a 240 volt power supply causing a minor fire and flooding of the garage causing several bags of morter and flooring to be ruined. so far i have spent 5k to correct a 10k heat pump install..... contracted this Breams heating and cooling to replace my ageing AC system with a new heat pump last november. The installers had forgotten to install a box for the air filter so the unit had to be uninstalled and reinstalled.... They taped the air filter in place. After their second visit they had disconnected common to my thermostat so i had to have that addressed by another AC company. Also on the shady side I was set up with financing for a Mitsubishi unit and they installed a goodman. Now less than 6 months later the condensate pump they installed went out and flooded the garage. They had wired a plug in 115volt pump to a 220 volt power source. the motor was seized... read full review
