He is just wonderful and so great at what he does he is the best!
Such a talented and caring hair artist! Always goes above and beyond to accommodate. Richard truly cares about his clients, he is a friend to us all. So happy I found Salon Chi & Richard 10 years ago!! Don't ever leave us! <3
