The service from everyone at Valley Heating & AC / Shearer is fantastic! They came promptly and on time for a repair. The service tech found and fixed an unusual and hidden problem very quickly and for a very reasonable cost.
Our AC unit completely stopped working over the weekend. I called right at 8am on Monday morning, talked to a very nice woman, and Chris was here by 8:45! If that’s not great service I truly don’t know what is. Chris got our AC unit fixed up and working in less than an hour and thank goodness for that because it’s going to be in the 90s this week. My daughter's 2nd floor bedroom wasn't getting any cool air, so Chuck came out the day after I called - right on time. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I don't have a lot of home repair knowledge and he was very thorough reviewing everything from the a/c ductwork itself (which he adjusted and it's now working) to insulation and attic access. Sometimes I feel talked down to by other repair people when it's obvious I'm not at their knowledge level, but Chuck was respectful. Our a/c unit is over 20 years old - it's still kicking but when it's time to replace it I will 100% go with Valley. Highly recommended!Service: HVAC system repair
