Performing all the small jobs a contractor generally doesn't want to do, or help you with a project that is outside your comfort zone. Things like installing appliances, fixing holes in drywall, painting, small remodeling jobs, installing home décor items and wall mount TVs. Outside jobs like mailboxes, garage door openers, lighting repair. Does an aging loved one need assistance to take care of a home that they do not want to leave? I am happy to help maintain their homes as I do for both my and my wife's parents.
