Yesterday was my first visit to Salon 11 based on a referral from one of their customers whose hair I admired. She recommended Josey and though I was a bit nervous Josey put me at ease with her interest in knowing and understanding exactly what I wanted. After the first few snips I knew I was in good hands and I am thrilled with my new cut and style! Everyone who has seen it loves it. It's always a little unsettling trying a new stylist but I had a totally awesome experience with Josey and everyone at Salon 11. Thank you Josey! So happy to have found you and I'll be back soon :)

I had my first experience at Salon Eleven today (4/11) and it was everything and more! Great atmosphere, great people. Everyone was friendly and complimented on my new haircut. I had Jen and just as the reviews say, she is great! She kept the conversation flowing, asked me about my hobbies/work, etc. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! I also just recently moved to Canonsburg and she told me a few fun facts and places to go and visit. Great experience 10/10. Definitely see Jen next time you go!

I have been seeing Josey for my hair here for years now, even after moving further away I won’t go anywhere else! She is so patient and always has the best ideas of how to resolve my previously box dyed mess. She has totally improved my confidence and has the best ideas of how to go about my hair, I fully trust her!!
