Josh showed up on time after a full work day for a free quote on an interlock system installation. He ordered the parts and returned a few weeks later, installed it quickly and correctly. Generator attached easily and functioned perfectly on the first try. Now we’re ready for power grid emergencies. Great experience. Would definitely hire him again. Had an issue with my garage new refrigerator, kept shorting the gfi switch, I called Pitch Black and the owner instructed me to plug the refrigerator using an extension cord to another gfi I did shorted out again then he told me that the new refrigerator was the problem. Got a new refrigerator and it’s works fine. great company could have came out for a service call, but they didn’t. Ow Pitch Black is my pick in the future.
