Nancy is phenomenal and amazing, and I highly recommend Nancy Griffin Fitness for all things "wellness" especially various stretching and therapeutic muscular techniques that help the body perform at its maximum potential.Nancy is very multi-faceted in the field of Health and Wellness where this review probably doesn't quite do justice to describe her experience, expertise, and professionalism!Beginning with Nancy's personality and her voice, the environment in her home studio is very therapeutic.
