the people were helpful friendly, eager to answer all questions and to explain what they were going to do- they took care of all paper work and left a clean site -- asked for a check of the site for my approval-- a top rate organization! Great people no hard sales!
It is refreshing to find a service that takes pride in their work! Initially I called 4 different plumbing companies to inquire about setting up a video inspection and repair if needed. Some where informative, some were cheaper for the video. I read all of the reviews for all of the companies. I chose Metz because all of the reviews were positive and every single question I had was answered, even early in the morning. The repair went seamlessly! I was notified of every step in the process. The work was beyond my expectation, everything was left neat and tidy! Every single person from start to finish were kind, helpful, and informative! Metz plumping helped me out so much with my plumbing problem they were very nice came to my home fast and tge plumber that was here from Metz I can't say enough on how he was nice but also professional I give Metz 5 thumbs up
