Jenlor has been managing our IT needs for several years now and we couldn't be happier. Their techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I appreciate the ability to handle some things in-house while letting them remotely manage most other things. We recently upgraded three servers and Jenlor worked with our schedule to ensure that we experienced almost no down time at all. We are located in downtown Pittsburgh, and though we were hesitant at first to contract with an organization located in Bridgeville, we have never had an issue with having someone come on site if necessary. The JENLOR Team is awesome! Account Management is on top of every request and has great communication. The service department is always helpful and never feels like you are just another person on the phone while resolving my issues.
