This HORRIBLE company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! For over a year now, they send me the wrong CPAP equipment but continue to bill me. I have tried to talk to someone about the issue countless times but each time they immediately switch to the billing issue (I have a past due balance that I refuse to pay since it was the wrong equipment and I had to pay out of pocket for the correct equipment) and when I tell them I will not pay until I receive the correct equipment, they hang up on me. This company should not be in business. For a year and because they are so disorganized and awful, I have received only delays in my treatment which has caused significant setbacks to my heath.

So if you have a 9am to 5pm job like most people have. Forget being able to talk to somebody. They will call you while your at work, and unable to take the call, you return the call on your lunch break and of course can't speak to anyone... So if they have the same hours as their customers that work for a living..how can we ever go there or get service?? You can't ...
