From a start to finish the whole process was very easy. I had my windows done in two different occasions. 5 and 5. Both times, the employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and very nice. I even had an issue with payment and they were very accommodating. I have 2 more windows to go then I will have the whole house done.

Our overall experience with Window Nation was unbelievable. The consultant that came out to talk to us (Josh) was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke very well about the product. He explained the ins and outs of the process very well and helped us with financing the project. The sliding door was ready for install about two weeks ahead of schedule, and the guys who came out to install (Mario) were fantastic - they did the job super fast and cleaned up so it looked like no one was ever there!! Never have I had a company sign a contract, complete the work, and then ghost you afterwards. I emailed, called, and texted with no response.The financing I received was not the financing agreement I made with Josh the salesman. I was told at time of sale that I would have no interest and no payments for 6 months due to my wife being off work with our first baby on the way. When I received the early bill with the accrued interest, I called Josh and he talked about receiving my previous emails with no response.
