Chris Shaffer assisted us from start to finish and did an amazing job! From the initial consultation at our home through coordinating the measurements and installation date, he kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured by a sales pitch, he was so personable and accommodating. We got a great deal on our windows and I am looking forward to our installation in a few weeks. I cannot recommend him and his team (and this company) enough if you are looking for new windows. Exceptional service!!! I also want to give Chris kudos for being so flexible with my busy work schedule and rescheduling calls and the consultation. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and operate within our timeframe and my fluctuating work hours that seem to change daily. I had Joe and Jeff st my resident today to replace 3 windows in my house. they were absolutely fantastic. showed up on time, was friendly the entire time they were there and they were extremely professional. they got everything done in the time length they quoted me due to me going to work that night. I can't express how well they did. the windows look fantastic. they explained what they were doing. and they did not damage anything snd was very thorough with everything even going above and beyond to fix the larger gap my older windows had being 90 yr old windows. I love the work done, my windows look wonderful, and I can now open them and enjoy the fresh air. these 2 gentlemen are top notch. thank you and I look forward to further business with you when the time comes.
