I extremely please with their cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was punctual, professional, and thorough in their work. They leave our office space looking spotless and refreshed. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to making our workspace a cleaner and healthier environment. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of commercial cleaning.
Urgent Touch is willing to go above and beyond. In this case it was the installation of a toilet seat. Our congregation is elderly. The men are basically incapable of getting onto the floor . I mentioned it to Jamie who voluntarily did it at no charge. This is not a part of usual custodial responsibilities.
Urgent touch has been great! I love entering a sparkling clean office after they finish. They use our requested environmentally-friendly products, take feedback to heart, and are always professional. I'm really enjoying working with them. **Update** Urgent touch also checks in regularly to make sure we're still happy. They touch base immediately if anything seems off or unusual, too.
