if I could leave no stars I would have. I just had work done from Pronto they came out changed the fill gage but not the flapper. they charged around $250. I call them back the next day and let them know what they did didn't fix the issue. they come back out change the flapper said they should have changed it the day before. they still charge me $170 even though they had to fix what they first messed up on. on the third day I wake up and it is still dripping so i call them again and get told they are going to give me a deal and only charge me $99 to come back out to fix what should have been done on the first visit. They are a rip off I could have just bought an entire new toilet for this price. They also do my HVAC and I agressive with other posts, they keep try to sell me a new system, or air filtration etc..which they way over price. I will NEVER use them again for anymore nor will I ever recommend them again.

We asked SECCO to come for maintenance on my mom's AC. As a rule I always get three opinions. All SECCO wanted to do was sell a whole new AC including furnace, which had nothing wrong with it. They over diagnosed what was needed for the AC. They gave us an estimate that did not have details. Complete rip-off. When we reached out for details from the tech they NEVER called back despite multiple attempts. HL Bowman came out and gave us an honest repair estimate and diagnosed it as having ONE thing wrong. They fixed it that day and it's working great!!!

This Secco and Pronto company took us for 15k and had our yard ripped up for 4 weeks only to leave us with no solutions No solutions and no return calls. We found out after calling another plumber who had to fix what they did how much they lied about. Plus we bought a disability insurance plan on the financing and my husband became disabled. They are giving us the run around about this as well and trying to not stand behind it. Do not do business with this company°
