The owner, Tracey McClelland, is truly a gem in this industry. Her knowledge and expertise are evident right from the start. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, answer all questions, and genuinely helped me understand what would work best for my individual needs. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a world of difference in my decision-making process. What I appreciate the most is Tracey’s transparency and honesty. She provides realistic expectations about the results and made sure I was fully informed about the process before, during, and after.
