By billing the correct way and not having rude employees and returning calls, I have vsp insurance and my eye exam should have been 10.00 but they used a medical code and billed my health insurance for 220.00 plus they made me pay out of pocket 65.00 for my refraction which vsp would have paid vsp called them and told them they would cover the exam but they refused will never do business with them again so be very careful when going there never had a problem before and I had been going there for years but I don’t trust them anymore
