The person I spoke with last year and the year before was incredibly abrasive and lacking in bedside manner. So much so that it triggered my anxiety. Omni is also expensive. I recertified elsewhere and it was only $40. Omni does provide good information and the telemed option is very convenient. They need to work on delivery.

There's so many better options around, don't go to this place. Their staff aren't bright and their doctors discriminate. They'll steal your money and refuse to help you.

This place doesn't care about patients, they're not interested in people getting better. Their just in it for money. That's why they charge $50 more than competitors while discriminating against people.
