After calling around for about an hour I found this amazing company to replace the duct work underneath my mother's mobile home. The Service Tech Steve showed up early for both the estimate appointment and the repair appointment, a plus in my book.
He is honest and knowledgeable, sending me videos and photos of what needed to be repaired, with a fairly priced estimate. Then upon the day of the repair, he took and sent new photos of what was repaired.
In addition to getting the work properly done, he was very kind to my mother, who gets easily confused. And was gracious to speak with me about what needed to be done, since I live a state away.

Great work from the team installing a new furnace and ac. Price was fair and easy to work with. Wasn't pressured into any high dollar sales just giving options and explained simply. Work was done quickly and great quality. Will work with them again for any needs in the future.
Professionalism at its best. Let me start off with Maria, who took my call. She had the most caring voice and knew from the start that I needed help. Appointment obtained without question within moments. Received text, emails and calls immediately to confirm appointment.
Steve, the owner of Metropolitan HVAC, explained everything from top to bottom as he consoled me to let me know everything is going to be okay. He even spoke on the phone with my son to make sure that he understood what had to be done to fix the air conditioner. His team, Jesse and Tim also knew what had to be monitored, fixed and what tools, equipment was need.
