Larry was referred to me by an acquaintance and I'm so glad we used him in the purchase of our home! I know I drove him crazy - he showed us 10 homes and he searched far and wide for about a year to find us the property to meet our needs! I feel very comfortable with him, in fact, I feel as though we've become friends in the process. He's not just a nice guy... he used his realtor knowledge several times to prevent me from making mistakes. He's also stood up to other realtors when funny business was going on. He will truly work for you. I'm happy he is our realtor!

Larry was very helpful in our endeavor help me out with a mortgage through Fairway also very good people to deal with it Larry works with me or hours a day to try to settle this thing up very grateful for his help I hope he goes for selling real estate with Berkshire Hathaway Sincerely Jeff Cassell

I work at Berkshire Hathaway in Camp Hill, Pa. I work with first time home buyers , buyers ,sellers , and Veterans . My background in the construction field while serving as a Navy SeaBee and in civilian life brings value to my clients .When buyers start looking at homes they some times miss things that can be costly in the future , In the past I have saved my buyers from buying a money pit , or over paying for a home . To my sellers as I go thru the interview process ,I see things that need attention before we get to the listing phase . Which in return keeps us from having problems , which can cost us to lose money . My skills at estimating a home's value are second to none . Saving my buyers money , And getting my sellers top dollar .
