I was hired by Thomas I had met with him we talked a bit and I filled out the new hire paperwork. He was working on getting me scheduled for safety training after our last conversation which was Sat 4/23/22 I have never heard back from him he wont answer his phone he just left me hanging without the job.

Scheduled a time with him to come and clean my carpets, and when the time came, he was a no-show. Called him for the next two hours to find out where he was and he never responded. He never even had the courtesy to call later and apologize. We moved furniture in anticipation of his work, all for nothing. Never again.

Thomas is a decent, hardworking man and a darn good service provider. We have used his service for carpet cleaning several times and we are obviously completely satisfied. His pricing is very fair. Great value and a pleasant person with whom to work. I really respect Thomas.
