“Anthony did a fabulous job. I had real hardwood floors replaced due to a flood. I also had two rooms with manufactured hardwoods that faded. He was able to sand them down and put a beautiful transition piece and match all of the floors. His attention to detail was amazing. I am really picky and he did an excellent job. He made custom air vents that make the floors so beautiful. He is certainly an expert in his field. I added pictures of the transitional pieces because they were so well done. “Excellent company to work with. From ordering samples to receiving the flooring! Follow through with all aspects of order was superb. They also had knowledge of the type of flooring I needed. My local stores had no clue or information for me about the loose lay style I preferred. I installed the flooring in my basement. The loose lay has a non slip backing and only perimeter glue needed.The rest of the floor keeps itself tight. So much easier to install than click lock. I chose the Victorian pine color, love!! The shipping was high but it was delivered on a pallet by truck. I was concerned about the cost, my salesman responded and offered a discount on the flooring and shipping. Wow!!! All in all the price was less than my local stores for the 20 mm wear layer. Do not hesitate in ordering from this store!!??“

Byron wrote up several estimates for me of different kinds of flooring. I love their floor samples! They are actually of a substantial size to take home and was such a big help in the decision making process. I wanted LVP but beside our newer oak hardwood flooring (which we also bought at Carpet & Tile Mart), the coastal flooring I had in mine did not work. I brought in the small samples I had of quartz, cabinetry, and island and they recommended an LVP that looked like tile. I could not sleep the night before the flooring installation started. The installers, John and Josh are pros! They did just as good a job on our kitchen project as they did on the hardwood install. When I came upstairs the first day, it looked amazing - better than I expected. It is stunning! Thank you to the whole staff at Carpet & Tile Mart! I sincerely wish you were not leaving your great location by Costco!!! I am just glad you still have a store on the West Shore. Thank you for your great products, prices, and helpful staff! “Matt Teter and his team are the ONLY Carpet Cleaners I use! I used their service 5 times and they do an excellent and a complete job every time. They will price their carpet cleaning at a reasonable rate unlike the other, perhaps better known, carpet cleaning companies in the area with sky high prices which are a complete rip-off in my opinion. “This 500+ square foot Maple floor was factory finished and installed in our new home in 2006. With two medium size dogs in the home the floor had become severely scratched even though the factory finish was “guaranteed”. Although it took several tries, we finally found a stain color that worked for us. Derrick did an amazing job sanding off the old finish and then staining and sealing with Bona Traffic HD. We were pleasantly surprised that the solution is almost odorless. We had very minimal cleanup when Derrick was finished, and our home was virtually dust free. The job took a full week; and we did not walk on it for a few extra days to allow the Bona Traffic HD to properly cure. We are finding that the floor looks better than new, and after 3 weeks there’s not a mark or scratch on the floor.“
