Stay far away from them. They would make you pay for things that the insurance said that you are not responsible for. If your insurance make an adjustment on their billing. They will not honor that adjustment and make you reliable for it. Save yourself and family the headaches. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and money hungry provider in my entire life. I regret ever stepping foot in their door. All these 1* reviews hasn't give off a red flag then don't be surprised when you get your bill.

Billing dept has terrible attitude, the woman hung up phone on me. They charged me more after paying upfront check and insurance payment in full on amount agreed to per their bill. Couple weeks later set me another bill for a follow up to check his work, I was told all appointments and work was paid in full on this procedure, they lied and sent a bill. Lost another patient. They will do it to you so look for another office I suggest.

Billing practices and post op is horrible. I expressed these concerns and there is absolutely no give a damn. I had wisdom and molars removed and could NOT get in touch with anyone after surgery. I left many messages and finally had to call in to billing to get advise on what to do FROM BILLING...for AFTERCARE pain and issues. Then total due they sent with appt reminder and the handwritten form at the consultation for the total cost which was paid before my surgery, oops they made a mistake, I owe more now. Instead of accepting that I could make payments on what was due it was nope, pay in full or go to collections. YOU screwed up, YOU should be willing to budge. I don't even know what was missed or unpaid at the time of my appointment? I said I thought they added an extra 15 min charge for anesthesia because that would account for what they were trying to charge me. They said this wasn't the charge. However, I was in and out of surgery in 25 mins and already charged for 30, invoice shows more. HOW they have a 4.6 rating on their website and 3.3 here...tells you how shady. They are greedy. Nice until surgery and then you are on your own and charge you more for poor service. AWFUL
