Receptionist took my info and said she didn't know when someone could come. 10 minutes later I received a phone call and the young man (Mark---not the owner Mark) called and said I will be there within 15 minutes. Such a nice and knowledgeable young man. Installed my new faucet and was done within an hour. I am VERY pleased!“

“I will definitely be using griffin services again! Not only did he do what he said he would he also fixed an old relay switch from a previous furnace that had been removed before I purchased my home and duct work that was hanging down causing massive heat and air loss in my basement. When the job was complete he cleaned up and gave me a quote on my google nest doorbell for a very cheap rate that I gladly accepted. He will be my new go to hvac guy from now on.
