The pharmacies anywhere are incredibly busy and i think it is important to remember that anywhere you go. That being said, I really feel like almost every staff member there from tech to pharmacist really do try their absolute best. You may have to wait a few minutes here and there but once they are with you be it by phone or in person, they take time to help you like you are the only customer who needs help. The kindness and attention to detail makes it more than worth any slight inconveniences. There are many medication shortages off and on recently and they are really good at good at communicating ways to help either find the medication or discussing potential alternatives with you and your doctor. I have several severe health issues so I have to deal with pharmacies not uncommonly between 1-3 times a week and they really work hard to make me go as few times as possible which I appreciate very much!
