My overall experience with contractors and service providers is that I cannot trust them. They usually start the job strong but then arrive late on the second day, take excessive breaks, leave the jobsite early, cut corners, and the like.With Mark's Tree Care, that is not the case!I had my first experience with Mark’s Tree Care about 6 years ago. We had a bad windstorm and I asked Mark to come to my home and give me an estimate to remove a small pine tree that fell over. I was out of town at the time, but Mark came over and left an estimate in my mailbox. The price he quoted was pretty good so I figured that I would give him a try. I was out of town on another business trip when he arrived at my house to cut down the tree and grind the stump. Everything went well. The job was done professionally and the jobsite was neat and clean when he left.I called Mark back a year or two later to give me an estimate to trim two large pin oak trees on the front of my property. I had the same experience as before. Mark arrived at my house on time and provided me an estimate. I decided to go ahead with the project and we scheduled a date to do the service. He arrived on that date and trimmed both of my trees neatly and properly. He answered all of my questions about the other trees on my property and I gladly paid him.Recently, I called Mark for an estimate to trim my two pin oaks again - 5 years later. This time, Mark provided me an estimate for the work but said that he injured his shoulder and would have to outsource the job to one of his trusted tree-trimming colleagues. Once again, I decided to hire Mark and his colleague arrived on my property with a bucket truck. The tree trimmer did a fine work on my trees and the bucket truck made the job all that easier. When he left, however, I noticed two large tire ruts in my lawn - one at each tree where the bucket truck sat.About a month went by and I was trying to decide how I would fix these large ruts in my lawn. I decided to send Mark a text and let him know about my experience with his colleague. I said that the tree trimming service was done well but the bucket truck left behind these large ruts on my lawn. I honestly didn't think Mark would respond back because the job was done and he got paid but, surprisingly, he did respond back. He said that he would take a look at my lawn and fix the problem - even though he wasn't the one who caused the tire ruts. I was shocked and very pleased! Mark came out to my house on a Wednesday to take a look at the damage and said that he would be back on Saturday to fix it. Unbelievably, he actually did what he said he would do! He came out on Saturday with tools to fix the tire ruts in my front yard! I am super excited and grateful that he came through on his promises.If you have any tree trimming needs, I wouldn't hesitate to call Mark's Tree Care.
