Our regular detailer retired so we've been looking for someone new. Sunny’s, owned by John Haines, was recommended to us by my husband’s coworker. John was very pleasant and, when we picked our vehicle up, took the time to explain why he was unable to get our hubcaps completely clean. Though our vehicle was cleaner than when we took it in, it was not as clean as we expected it to be. For instance, there were dirty finger prints on the inside handle of the driver's door, and dirty scuff marks on the door jam, neither of which were there previously. Poor service, bad review. I'm disgusted with the lack of customer service follow up . I did business with Sonny for years having my SUV detailed semi-annually. I had one issue with Sonny. He forgot my sun roof. I called him back, took it in and he cleaned it. Plus he washed my entire SUV again ... no charge. I didn't ask him to do that. But, he said that he didn't have a car in and had the time.

I just picked up my car from Sonny's and John Haines and his staff did the complete once over for me, he went the extra mile and I did not ask him to do everything that he done, his work is outstanding and reasonable, he is incredible I am so happy with my clean and spotless car I highly recommend John to anyone that needs their car detailed, thanks again John
