In April, 2023, I had One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning install a new heat pump for me, and joined the Comfort Club. In September, I made an appointment for November 7 for routine annual heating system maintenance. On Thursday, November 2, when my oil furnace turned on (perhaps for the first time since April), it was making a loud vibrating noise. It was too cold for the heat pump to maintain the house temperature, so I called One Hour for emergency service, I was told that they could have someone out on Wednesday, Nov 8. I told them since I already had an appointment for maintenance on Nov 7, that there was no need for emergency service on Nov 8. In late... read full review
My furnace had been not working since Thursday this past week, 11/17. Steve came Monday 11/21 and git the furnace working. I had to stay somewhere else because the house was too cold. Within 30 minutes he had it working. Explained everything to me and made sure it continued to workService: Heating system repair
