I have been a customer for several years, But, fired them this week. I had a contract for twice a year service, winter for furnace, spring for air. They preach one hour. I being a constant customer was supposed to have priority service. My thermostat malfunctioned on the weekend, I waited till Monday to call as the weather was ok. When I phoned I was told I could not have an appointment for 9 days. Totally unexceptable. A day or two yes, but 9 no way . The company is not what it used to be
In April, 2023, I had One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning install a new heat pump for me, and joined the Comfort Club. In September, I made an appointment for November 7 for routine annual heating system maintenance. On Thursday, November 2, when my oil furnace turned on (perhaps for the first time since April), it was making a loud vibrating noise. It was too cold for the heat pump to maintain the house temperature, so I called One Hour for emergency service, I was told that they could have someone out on Wednesday, Nov 8. My furnace had been not working since Thursday this past week, 11/17. Steve came Monday 11/21 and git the furnace working. I had to stay somewhere else because the house was too cold.
