We came in about a week ago & was not impressed with the customer service at all. We were told the homes are open just go look & come back with any questions. We were literally the Only customers there so to not have someone show you around the homes & point out details was really disappointing. You'll get more help going to a used car lot than you will here. If they show that much lack of interest in their prospective buyers then I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be to have any issues resolved once they have your money. What a shame, I guess we'll stick with "stick built" since the modular places don't seem to want our money.
Kevin is a very good salesman however quality of the helm is terrible so many issues I can't even name them if you want a roof over your head that's fine other than that don't look for quality
