BHS Pre-Admission Testing, Outpatient Services, Crossroads Campus

I have hone to this location for a couple of different reasons. I actually prefer it for lab work. It is not as convenient as other locations but it is much faster and the phlebotomists are very good and knowledgeable.It is the location for other offices also. There are 3 beautiful buildings. Overall I love the location. I would give it 5 stars but as stated in another review there are some miserable employees. I have gone to Cleveland Clinic and to UPMC locations in Oakland. BMH in general needs to work on customer service. I give them 3 stars in general for that.
