I recently had laser lipo with a BBL at The Lumen Center, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.After my surgery, when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and forgot some of the post-op instructions, Gen from The Lumen Center was incredibly patient and helpful in going over everything with me again. I am not the type to do reviews but this place really do deserve it I got a smartlipo 360 and a BBl it was my first time doing this type of work on my self and I decided to come to this place rather then travel out of state this an hour away from where I live and I am very glad I got done there I am very pleased with my result and I am not even a year yet almost turn 6 month sence I got it done I would totally recommend this place to anyone if you want to feel better about the way you look and if your nervous like I was don't worry the staff there are really friendly and helpful to make you feel comfortable along the way, thank u so much from the surgeon to the staff.....read full review

Everyone part of the staff is great. Process was informative and thorough, but also quick and easy. Had my first treatment today, and Shanna was a joy to work with! Would highly recommend this place to everyone!
