Our 7 year old son has been going for over a year to Pro Martial Fit and he loves it. It really has improved his coordination, confidence and self esteem. He’s not quite ready to take on the neighborhood bully yet, but the messaging of being a considerate, helpful, polite, grateful human being has definitely rubbed off.
My kids love Pro Martial Arts! The instructors are wonderful with the students and they learn more than just karate but important life skills they can take with them outside the studio. Pro Martial Arts also offers a free Anti-Bullying program which is a nice perk. It's easy to give it a try as they offer 2 free trial classes and a free uniform. The manager, Ryan, is great so give him a call.
