I showed her my insurance card, which has 'Spec. $40'. I explained that for acupuncture, physical therapy, etc my copay is $20 (that verified with my insurance co). $40 is for orthopedic doctor etc. She hesitated but took $20 CASH (no receipt) for each of my 3 visits. Was planning to go back, but on the phone she just insisted that I only paid her $10 copay. That's unbelievable ! Something screwed up...check your book, video camera !

Dr. Luo is incredible at what she does. She is a great healer! I felt so relaxed and balanced after my treatments! I went a few times and plan to continue! She is very caring, wise, listens deeply and is very patient and warm hearted. I highly recommend her to anyone!
