This is your locksmith. Family-run, honest, and has your best interest at heart. Came out to spot check aging locks/doors that were giving us some issues and made common sense (and the least costly) recommendations one could have made while certainly leaving us with the option to proceed with replacements if we wanted. Not an ounce of pressure. On time, professional, and called ahead of time. Professionals like these don't grow on trees in 2024, trust me.

I stopped in to see if I could get a replacement skeleton key for an old dresser I was restoring. Erik was great and had some excellent advice for me in trying to find the right key.. or even how to make one if needed. Still on the quest for the right key but Erik pointed me in the right direction. Always try to support local first, it makes a difference to them and usually get the best results.

High quality, cost effective, honest work! Communication was a little hard at first (voice mail was full right before Easter and one of my emails didn't go through) but once we were in touch, Erik was super communicative via call/ text. It took a longer than if I had worked with a different locksmith because a) the higher quality lockset I wanted was backordered, and b) Erik offered to return fee of charge the following week to adjust the color of my existing deadbolt strike because the new one from the lockset was smaller/ didn't fit quite right.
