Chuck, our very knowledgeable project manager, took the time to educate us on our options, the products they use, and what we could expect during each step of the project. They checked in with me as needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. And extra kudos to them for being power houses during the 90+ degree heat wave that our project unfortunately lined up with.
