Excellent customer service both in person and on the phone. We visited for a trombone rental, which was very easy and a great option versus buying the instrument in full. They have a great selection of musical instruments and the staff is very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

I just bought 2 guitar & brought another for service. The staff was really great in both departments. They were also good to my kids who wanted to touch and play EVERYTHING.Thanks!!! I am sure that we will be back in future. The little people are saving up.

Richie is very cool guy and he is helping me to clarify all the questions patiently. He is knowledgeable and get you the right point of contact. He went above his duty and helped me to move piano into my car. Special thanks to Richie.Louise Piano teacher is great teacher and she is very good at teaching my kid and my family do not have any musical knowledge but my daughter is able to learn from teacher and picking up well in music.Other store people are also kind and helpful and I recommend this store.
