We had a wonderful experience with Impriano Roofing. A tree had fallen on our house after a storm and Jack came out right away to assess the damage. He was extremely thorough- he took measurements and pictures from every angle. Jack worked with our insurance company for reimbursement which alleviated so much of our stress. He went above and beyond to make this as easy of a process as possible for us. Everyone we encountered at Impriano was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Impriano Roofing!
From the date the tree hit my roof to the date of finalizing the gutters, Jack and his entire team truly excelled! Jack came out immediately to assess the damage and quick patch the roof and continued, throughout the process, helping navigate the insurance maze.
All the while, Mindy, Valerie, and Anne took me through the scheduling with ease and the installation team was done inside one day without leaving a trace of having performed their job - other than the brand new roof!

This was is my second project with Impriano Roofing & Siding. They did a superb job on our new roof several years ago, so we turned to them when we experienced a problem with a persistent siding-related leak around a window and dormer. Ed Rath, our estimator, did an extremely thorough job in investigating the problem, even crawling into our crawlspace to pinpoint one of the problem areas. He was prompt in delivering an estimate that we considered to be thorough and fair. He even worked with us to ensure that the language in the contract identified clearly the exact work that needed to be done to solve the leaks.
