This was one of the most extraordinary home repair service experiences I have ever had. I spoke to the office at 8a on a Monday, got a call from the service tech 20 minutes later, and he came right over and diagnosed and fixed the water leak problem in our Subzero fridge. From first call to resolution- under an hour! We benefited from some geography and timing luck for sure, but everything about this was amazing. Thank you Kevin and Appliance Repair Service!

I had a great experience with Chris and Kevin who came to look at my 22 year old Sub-zero. I suspected it was broken and not worth repairing, but Chris explained exactly tested it and explained why we should not repair it even though the $2,000 repair would have been a big job for the company. He then explained all of the current replacement models even though they don't sell or install them. We'll certainly call them again if we have issues with the new Sub-Zero.

When the appliance store that installed my new oven said it was too far to service my oven [ but they installed it ! ] and made their profit I was upset. I only had it 3 months and it didn't work. Wolfe company was great and recommended APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICES. They were great! Nice , on time ordered the parts Very clean, professional and honestly caring about the customer. Matt the repair specialist was excellent and my oven works great !
