“Larry Robinson and team created a wonderful addition and living space for us in 2019. We came to him with an architectural plan, and he made suggestions and helped us modify it based on his many years of experience and listening to our goals for the space. Our project was a complete renovation of our existing first floor plus a 650+ square foot addition and a 700 foot deck. We now have an expanded, open floor plan kitchen and living space, full bathroom, laundry facilities and office space on the first floor, a renovated second floor bathroom, and new storage and a carport under the deck.Once we contracted with Larry, we made many changes as we navigated our first extreme renovation experience. Despite our 30+ change orders, Larry and team completed the job in ONLY one week beyond the original timeline. Due to the extent of the renovations, we moved out for five months which I’m sure helped with staying on schedule, but there is no doubt that Larry’s oversight and coordination between all the suppliers and subcontractors was the critical success factor to meeting the schedule.Although we did not live in the house during the renovations, we were there most days at some point and could not have been happier with professionalism and courtesy of Larry’s team (Joe, Zef, et al). And despite them knowing we were not living there, they were sure to clean up each day before they left. We have contractor friends and neighbors who would stop in from time and in addition to their compliments on the work, they all said it was one of the cleanest job sites they had ever seen.We did encounter an issue with our deck not long after moving back in – and then Covid happened…. Larry and team tried, but were unable to pinpoint the issue within the warranty period. Larry gave us a personal assurance that they would find and resolve the issue, beyond the warranty period. With all the Covid impacts, it took almost two years, but he HONORED his commitment. It was very labor intensive, but he deployed his team and tackled the issue head on.We are thrilled with our new living space and with the integrity of Larry Robinson and his team.“

“In addition to doing a great job repaving our driveway, Rando rebuilt a paved parking area we have. Soil was washing out from underneath, so the area was settling and cracking. Rando changed the supports and reinforced it before paving so it wouldn't keep sinking. Their price was very reasonable. They have a lot of their own heavy duty equipment if you have a complicated job. I highly recommend them.“
