If i could give no stars i would. Owner was very very verrryyy Rude. I called to get info on the service, I wanted to book an appointment for the service. She told me she didn’t have time for this, I’m supposed to know this already. “Do you go somewhere and not know the the price?… No. )
Very very unprofessional, Disrespectful and i don’t recommend!

When I arrived, the door was locked, my daughter had to call for the door to be opened. The owner stated , she only does appointments, but there wasn’t any signs posted. We didn’t have an appointment, we just wanted waxing done. The owner did not greet us and her dog came running out. She proceeded to chase the dog around until she finally caught it, picked it up and put it away. She came back and attempted to do my waxing without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands and she was trying to explain to me how expensive the dog was and that it didn’t have an odor. I told her she needed to wash her hands because she just handled a dog. If I could give zero star review, I would my 14-year-old went to get her nails done. They messed them up would not listen to her. She wanted coffin and they did appointed now she ended up leaving. They still charged her and one hand had acrylic but no paint the other hand had absolutely nothing but glue and the start of nails. Just because she’s 14 does it mean they can get over on her? That is not acceptable they are taking a vantage of a teenager. The lady was insanely rude and try to rush her out because the power was being shut off that’s not acceptable in anyway.
