Had Joe Browne install a new roof, windows and siding. At first I was pleased until I noticed corners were cut. After installing my roof he replaced my soffits. Doing so he punctured my new roof 7 times with a sawzall. I did not notice this until several weeks after roof was installed. When I confronted him he said it was fine and no big deal. I truly believe that he was not even going to mention it or had any plans on repairing. It wasn’t until I insisted that he made the repair. Joe also installed a new slider on my home with internal blinds. The blinds failed almost immediately. It’s been close to a year and issue is still not resolved.
