While I have never had any issues with the optometrists, the administration has consistently been rude and unhelpful. As a result, my wife refuses to go there but I have always overlooked it. No longer. I drove 45 mins to get to my appt today and was 15 minutes late. The person behind the desk pointed out that I was late and they would likely have to reschedule. I couldn't believe it. I normally wait 30 mins or more to see the optometrist and the one time I'm a just a little bit late they can't fit me in. More importantly, it was clear that they didn't care.If you're looking to start a relationship with an Optical group - my suggestion would be to pass on Cassey's in Brookhaven. I'll never go back.

Worst place to get your Eye exam and glasses! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They have inexperienced people answering their phones and releasing wrong information! They are extremely rude and tell you they can't release your prescription either when that's against the law under HIPPA! Know your rights and don't be bullied by this bullshit of a company!

Very poor treatment to loyal customers. I Have been a customer for over 10 years with a family of 7 that wear glasses and loyally goes to Cassey Optical. Despite this we were recently running late for an appointment and called to let them know that we would be 5-10 minutes late. We ended up being exactly 4 minutes late but received a call indicating that our appointment was going to be cancelled because they don’t take being late. Will be looking for another provider that values loyalty.
