My basement was a mess, beware when buying a flipped house! ? Long story short, because my sewer line inside my house was painted, I had to have it replaced. I also needed a new boiler and hot water heater due to age and my wet basement. So I decided to go energy efficient. ? Oh and not to forget my new utility sink, with plumbing that works and a handy spray spout. Thank you so much to Trevor and Jeff, they did an awesome job with all the installations.
